Service Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of booking the service, provided the service has not already been initiated.
• Once a service has been started or completed, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund unless there are valid grounds based on service quality.

Dissatisfaction with Services

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• The issue must be reported to our Customer Support Team within 7 days of the service completion date.
• You must provide relevant details and evidence to support your claim (e.g., screenshots, communication logs, etc.).
• Mellow will review the complaint and assess the quality of service. Based on the findings, an appropriate resolution will be provided, which may include a partial or full refund.

Non-Refundable Services

• Services that were customized or delivered in full as per user specifications and expectations may not be eligible for a refund unless a quality issue is clearly identified.
• Refunds are not applicable if dissatisfaction is based solely on personal preference without clear deficiency in service delivery.

Refund Processing

• Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
• You will be notified by email once the refund has been initiated.
